OK. I admit I love Kitty. And the flashback had Kitty ALIVE! But did anyone else feel just a bit sorry for poor Patty Williams other than me? Am I being persuaded by Kitty's acting ability (and the fact that animals can make a character more sympathetic)? I'm beginning to see her as more complicated and not all that together. Plus, Victor, who created MJ, is hot on her trail and she's no match for him. I worry for MJ and Kitty. Am I the only one? Will Paul be able to help her? Will Adam get involved and kill her? Will Victor put her on a boat and LEAVE HER??????? Crying or Very sad

I feel no sympathy for a person that can endanger a child. She is a good actress, I'll give her that, but she knew that Summer was allergic to peanuts and deliberatly put her in contact with the peanuts. They think Phyllis was responsible for it, haul her out of the room and forbid her contact with her daughter. That is who I feel sorry for. Not some basket case that kills animals, stuffs them and decorates her bedroom with them. Good thing Jack didn't die when she shot him, she'd have him stuffed and use him as a permanent bed partner.

Stuffing a PERSON ...... that's closer to Adam's MO! But I don't think MJ had any idea that Summer would react so badly. In fact, I think the anaphalactic shock surprised Phyllis who was stunned that the injection didn't bring her around. MJ shows real pain, unlike, say, GloGoon or Adam or Victor. She really was thrown by this Summer mess. Now don't get me wrong, she's going to take advantage of it, but she's not the calculated evil person that Adam or GloGoon is. She has a little mental illness to blame. The others go right into it with their very sane eyes open. I see a part of MJ as quite sad. Crying or Very sad (and I love kitty ................. I love you )

Victor took advantage of Patty.He pushed her into this knowing she would get closer to Jack and that she was mentally unstable.to begin with. I just can't remember Patty being this nutty.Thats why I blame Victator.Poor Paul and Mary.I always feel sorry for Kitties.

But the flashback did help some of us that didn't watch it at the time, or forgot how things happened. Yeah it was overplayed but it was answers.

I like MJ, but wish she weren't Patty Williams. Patty was a sad character and it's hard not to feel sympathetic towards her. Once again she is putting her trust in a powerful man who is using her to his own ends. No, she shouldn't go around hurting children, but I don't see what she did as a planned thing. The situation was not manipulated or set up. It just presented itself. And I think she did the kiss rather than feed her the cookie to minimize serious damage. When all of this comes out I think it will be sad for all involved, and no one will be cheering as we may when Sheila or Glogag get caught. And speaking of getting caught, Victator better go down for this one. HE set this all in motion and owns the outcome. Wonder how Phyllis and Nick and Nikki will feel about daddy Victator when [if?] the light shins on him.

Yay! Finally no more mystery and this one is all Victors Frankenstein monster that he created, the sick bastard!

I agree Mischief, that flashback did help since I didn't see the original scenes back then. Ruby I do feel sorry for her in a way because she is a tragic figure but I cannot look the other way- she needs help!
Yes she's had pain in her life and gone a bit screwy in the head, she's being manipulated but only, or intending to be, to get closer to Jack so he'll trust her, but she's not in control of her correct judgement. She must be stopped before someone else gets hurt or killed.

pattaylore, while I understand you feel sympathy for her, I'm shocked that you almost sound willing to overlook her crime. Excuses? please! She didn't want to minimize the effects of the peanut allergy by eating the cookie- SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE SEEN FEEDING SUMMER THE COOKIE! She knew darn well the effect it would have! She was being extremely covert, sneeky and sly and very smart! Amazingly smart! No one saw her 'feed' any cookies to her, Summer can't say she DID feed them to her, she has an excuse that she herself ate one but didn't realize the hazard or risk!

So what the difference if she 'planned' it or not? She planned it as soon as she overheard Phyllis telling Nick about her meds. It makes no difference at all HOW she made it happen or if she took 2 days or 2 weeks- it WAS premeditated. Only the method was spur of the moment.

Will you feel sorry for her if she KILLS JACK????

I never watched the show when Patty Williams was on it, so I really don't know any thing about it!!
I just don't like what she did to Summer and have Phyllis arrested for it, damn that makes me mad!!
Just started watching with Nick and Phyllis and fell for them as soon as I saw them!!

I wouldn't feel sorry for this MJ or Patty Williams if she was to kill Jack!!
Hurting Summer was bad, really bad, I think she MJ or Patty should be locked up and the key thrown away for hurting Summer!!

I would feel awful for MJ no matter WHO she killed. Sometimes a criminal is just made of very sad circumstances. It happens. Not everyone is Gloria Bardwell, although it would be a lot easier that way! I hate it when the writers pull a stunt like this and bring someone back (or someone new) to be the patsy to further a S/L. MJ will surely meet a bad end just as Adam will. And for what? To make Victor 's little plots better. Paul is a good long time character and many of us remember him and his mother. If MJ was just some nut Victor found on his travels, I'd feel a lot better. But once again, GC history is being played with and another character bites the dust. First Hope, so they could get Adam to GC. Then Adam is turned and now MJ. To me, it doesn't matter if she's after Jack, Phyllis, Vikki, Sharon or Paul, himself. She's quite a sympathetic person and I won't feel good when she's dead (like I would if VICTOR died!)

Oh my goodness you're so conflicted! Sad How CAN you stand to watch soaps?? Laughing I'm just glad you aren't a Judge (are you?) b/c you'd be 'forgiving' and feeling sorry for all the serial killers because their Dad made them take out the garbage and they got crazy over that!

History is being 're-visited' not exactly played with and Jacks karma is also here to revisit him. This whole affair may end up doing him some good and maybe he WILL help fix what he made so terrible. She deserves that kind of attention, and soon!

Paul will benefit from this reunion too and also get the chance to help her and since there are old ties, I'm hoping she won't just be discarded. Surely not!

Okay now I too am fond of MJ but in reality it is not Victors fault she and her sanity have parted company.
But my God, he IS a bastard to USE her for criminal intent!!! It really IS time for him to be exposed for his instigation of nasty doings, it's only fair. If they white wash this, I'll be so disgusted! Victor didn't tell her to do what she's done to Phyllis and Summer, but he sure has ugly plans for Jack. Whether that turns out to be criminal remains to be seen. His bringing Patty back to GC tells me it wasn't just a nice little "Hi I've missed ya!" No they can't keep making him spotless because he is the reason she's back in town!

Now you have to admit we're all enjoying this s/l and the "Mystery Woman' has been the talk for months!
How else can they introduce new stories without characters that can create drama? I just don't always want to see the same results b/c it isn't realistic. Victor CANNOT be a 'good guy' NO they must be forgetting we know better! Evil or Very Mad
